BECAUSE NOT ALL HYPOTHERMIAS ARE THE SAME.
Why Progressive & Integral Hypothermia?
Have you ever heard about the metaphor of boiling frogs? it is about the unnoticed adaptation to boiled water, but in this case, the adaptation is to cold water. If that process does not meet that objective, it will be very difficult to overcome the burning sensation.
That is the secret sauce of CryoHead Hydro Boreal. After a few minutes, the head becomes totally numb and the therapeutical effects will be achieved.
10 to 15 minutes in the morning and before going to sleep is the best way to start and finish your days.
The Berlin winter swimmer club has been flourishing for several years. The members are not selected in any way, and all swim regularly outdoors in ice-cold water.
Changes in uric acid and glutathione levels during ice-bathing suggest that the intensive voluntary short-term cold exposure of winter swimming produces oxidative stress. We investigated whether the repeated oxidative stress in winter swimmers results in improved antioxidative adaptation.
The secret of his genius was to pour cold water on his head.
There are many texts referring to Mark Twain and how he can remember when the “cold water cure” was first talked about (1844). He was nine years old at the time. The “cold water cure” involved throwing buckets of cold water repeatedly over one’s head and then wrapping them in a sheet wet with ice water.
THE GLUTATHIONE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MOLECULE you need to stay healthy and prevent disease — yet you’ve probably never heard of it. It’s the secret to prevent aging, cancer, heart disease, dementia and more, and necessary to treat everything from autism to Alzheimer’s disease. There are more than 89,000 medical articles about it — but your doctor doesn’t know how address the epidemic deficiency of this critical life-giving molecule …
ATTENTION: NEVER BUY GLUTATHIONE SUPPLEMENTS, THERE IS A GREAT SCAM. THEY ARE DEGRADED INTO THE DIGESTIVE TRACT. THE ONLY WAY TO PRODUCE GLUTATHIONE IS ENDOGENOUSLY IN YOUR LIVER, BUT YOU NEED 3 PRECURSORS IN YOUR DIET: CYSTEINE, GLYCINE AND GLUTAMATE ; AND A VOLUNTARY EXPOSURE TO THERMAL STRESS TO ACTIVATE YOUR LIVER TO PRODUCE THE SYNTHESIS OF THIS POWERFUL ANTI-OXIDIZER. "THE MOTHER OF ALL ANTIOXIDANTS". THAT IS THE TRUE "HOLY GRAIL" OF LONGEVITY AND WELFARE. THE NEW ERA OF SELF-HEALING HAS BEGUN.
The Miracle Molecule
Recent statistics have good news for us. Centenarians are the fastest growing age group in America. What’s the secret to a long and healthy life? And, what can you do right now to ensure you will one day take your place in the ranks of vibrant 100 year olds?
The answer can very well be found in the presence of a small but potent molecule made in every cell of your body called glutathione. While glutathione may not have the same notoriety as other more high profile nutrients such as vitamins C and E, it certainly is a miracle molecule.
Glutathione levels of 41 centenarians between the ages of 100–105 years old were compared with people between 60– 79 years old. They found that the mean glutathione activity was significantly higher in centenarians than in the group of younger elderly subjects, and that centenarians with the best functional capacity tended to have the highest glutathione activity. The study concluded that high glutathione levels are associated with increased survival.
In a later study, glutathione levels were evaluated in 87 women in excellent physical and mental health, ranging in age from 60 to 103. The scientists found that all women had very high blood glutathione levels. They followed these women for five years, and concluded “high blood glutathione concentrations … are characteristic of long-lived women.”
The Life-Extending Master Antioxidant
Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide molecule composed of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It is one of the main nonprotein antioxidants that exists within each cell, and has been referred to as the body’s “master antioxidant.” It rules the body’s cells and is abundant in cytoplasm, nuclei and the mitochondria.
Although discovered in 1888, the initial research on glutathione deficiency was conducted in the 1920’s and 1930’s and concentrated on the eye, particularly the lens. It is well known that macular degeneration is related to low levels of glutathione. By the 1980’s, researchers realized that glutathione was a major player in all aspects of good health and disease prevention.

Venous blood samples for swimmers were taken before and after the winter-swimming TO MEASURE THE GLUTATHIONE, THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING.
Life in modern Western society is characterized by a deficiency of natural stimulating factors such as physical exercise and thermal stimuli. Humans are protected against thermal and climatic influences from the environment, with cold and heat stresses avoided as often as possible. This deficiency of natural stimulating factors has been suggested to contribute to increased morbidity, e.g. in degenerative diseases of the skeletal and muscle system, heart diseases, and infectious diseases. It has also been suggested as a factor for `labilities' of the central nervous system. The negative results of the deficiency of natural stimuli can be partly prevented by exercise and body hardening, which play an important role in physical therapy and rehabilitation medicine. One traditional aspect of body-hardening therapies is cold exposure. Many people are convinced that daily cold showers, swimming in cold water, or the cold diving bath after sauna bathing, are all useful for the prevention of diseases. Exposure to intensive short-term cold stimuli such as swimming in the cold water of lakes or rivers during the winter time has been used as one form of body hardening for many centuries. Hardening means exposure against a natural (e.g. thermal) stimulus, resulting in an increased resistance to diseases, especially to acute respiratory diseases.

"My understanding is that GLYCINE, Cysteine and Glutamate are the precursors for Glutathione, so if my cysteine and glutamate are high, but glutathione is still low?".
tHE ANSWER IS SIMPLE, WE NEED TO FORCE OUR LIVER TO ACTIVATE AND SYNTHETIZE GLUTATHIONE.
HOW? INDUCING VOLUNTARILY THERMAL STRESS OVER THE HEAD.
THESE SUPERFOODS CONTAINS THE PRECURSORS THAT WE NEED TO BOOST THE GLUTATHIONE: CYSTEINE, GLYCINE, AND GLUTAMINE. HAVING THAT, THE BIOCHEMICAL REACTION OCCURS AFTER THERMAL STIMULATION WITH LOCAL HYPOTHERMIA.
THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THE HUNZA TRIBE DOES DAILY AND THE REASON WHY THEY LIVE MORE THAN 140 FREE OF ILLS.
THE HUNZA LONGEVITY SECRET IS HERE
THE ANSWER: THEY DRINK PLENTY OF ALKALINE WATER FROM THE GLACIERS AND THeir glutathione always is boosted IN BLOOD THANKS THEIR EXPOSITION TO EXTREME CONDITIONS OF COLD.
